Refund and Return Policy

1. Refund and Return Eligibility

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from je m’appelle candle co. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund, and return policy to understand the guidelines and procedures.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

2.1 In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence to support your claim.

2.2 Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item, a refund, or store credit, including any applicable shipping costs.

3. Returns for Other Reasons

3.1 If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage or defects, you may request a return within 7days of receiving the order.

3.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order details. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
